We’re seeking a Tax Preparer to prepare accurate federal, state, and local tax returns, review financial records, identify deductions and tax-saving opportunities, and provide clear, professional guidance to clients.
The ideal candidate has strong tax preparation and accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines. Experience with tax preparation software and a background in accounting, finance, or related services is preferred.

Tax Assistant
We’re seeking a dependable Tax Assistant to support our tax and accounting team by organizing client documents, entering financial data, assisting with tax returns and financial statements, and helping ensure deadlines and filings are completed accurately.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers and accounting software, and has strong communication and numerical skills. Previous experience in tax, bookkeeping, or accounting is helpful but not required.

Tax Associate (Seasonal)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Associate to prepare accurate tax returns, review financial records, identify deductions and tax-saving opportunities, and provide knowledgeable, professional client support.
The ideal candidate has tax preparation or accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
